Yes, a 30-day waiting period, so your coverage starts once we accept your enrollment and those 30 days are up. Repairs during the waiting period are not covered. If you change your mind in that window and no claim has been made, you can cancel and request a full refund. Plans carry a six-month minimum commitment, and once those six months are up you can cancel any time by contacting us. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
A home protection plan is an affordable monthly service plan that covers the repair of your home's appliances and systems (furnace, AC, plumbing, electrical and appliances) when they break down from normal use. With Superior, parts and labour are covered with a $0 deductible.
